Who can place wholesale orders?

Oy Vey Crafts wholesale is open to retailers, bookstores, gift shops, synagogue gift shops, Judaica shops, and other businesses with a valid resale license.

What is your minimum order?

The opening minimum is $150. Reorders have a $75 minimum. There is also a minimum of 3 units per item.

How do I place an order?

Send us an email hello[at]oyveycrafts.com with the name of your business or synagogue gift shop and where you are located. If we seem like a good fit, we will then provide you with a code that allows you to purchase items at a standard wholesale discount. Orders may also be placed soon through our direct shop link via Faire (coming soon).

What are your payment terms?

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards.

Do you offer exclusivity?

We do not offer exclusivity.

Do you offer sets or bulk kits at wholesale prices?

No. We do not offer sets or bulk kits through wholesale, as these items are already discounted.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most wholesale orders ship within 10 business days. Larger orders may require additional time. Rush requests can often be accommodated—please ask!

What about shipping costs?

Shipping is billed at cost and will be included in your invoice. We primarily ship via USPS or UPS. Local pickup in Oakland, CA may be arranged.

How are items packaged?

Most items come individually packaged in a commercially compostable clear bag, with the exception of our bookmarks, which are bulk wrapped in tissue paper.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of unsold merchandise on wholesale orders, except in cases of damaged or defective items during shipping. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.

Can you provide display or marketing materials?

Yes! We’re happy to share product photos, signage ideas, and display suggestions—just let us know what you’d like.
